Preparation:
Combine phase A in a beaker and homogenise at 3500-4000RPM until fully combined. Add phase B to phase A, stir in by hand until fully combined. Combine phase C in a separate beaker, stir by hand until transparent before adding phase C to phase A/B. Continue to stir by hand until fully combined. Add colour then adjust the pH to between 6 and 7.
