Preparation:
In the main beaker disperse the xanthan gum in the Zemea. Then add water and begin heating to 70°C. In a separate beaker add phase B and begin heating to 70°C. Once phase B is clear, add phase B-B and mix until homogenous. Once all of phase B is homogenous and at temperature, add phase B to phase A. Remove from heat and begin cooling to below 40°C. 6In a side beaker, add in phase C and begin mixing to 45°C, once it is clear and homogenous, add to main beaker. 7 Once below 40°C, add in phase D and mix until homogenous. pH between 6.5-7.5 with citric acid or sodium hydroxide.
