COPPER TONING CONDITIONER
Preparation:
Add A2 into water and dissolved well. Add A4 into Step1, mix well and neutralize with citric acid. Mixed A5 & A6 and add into the bulk and heat to 70°C. Add A8 & A9 and dissolved well. Add A7 and dissolved well. Prepared Phase B and heat to 70°C. Add phase B into phase A. Prepared Phase C and add into the bulk below 40°C.Notes:
Appearance: Copper viscous cream Viscosity at 25°C: cPs: approx 13000-15000 pH: 4.0-5.0 Sensory attributes: Soft & smooth Please note that this formulation has passed 3 months satbility at 45°CDisclaimer
