Preparation:

Procedure: • Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80 – 85 °C. • Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80 – 85 °C. • Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed. • When emulsion is smooth, *check pH and adjust if necessary. • Add Phase C at 55 °C or under. • Cool to 45 °C or under and pour into containers.

Notes:

Stability: Three months at room temperature, three months at 45 °C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
