Preparation:

1. Add Jaguar Excel to aqua with mixing (mix until fully dispersed). 2. Add trace amounts of citric acid solution to low pH to 4.0-4.5 to hydrate and swell guar (A). 3. Add Empigen® BS/FA and mix until uniform (B). 4. In separate vessel heat aqua in phase C to 45-50°C and the sequentially add ingredients in phase D and mix until clear and uniform, remove from heat. (note Pureact MS-CG and Pureact Gluco C need homogenizing by heating to 35-40°C and mixing before addition to the vessel). 5. Add phase C/D to A/B and mix until clear and uniform. 6. Add essential oil and mix until fully emulsified (E). 7. Add preservatives in phase (F) and mix until fully uniform and clear. 8. Adjust to pH to pH 5.5-6.0 with 50% citric acid solution as required (G).

Good to formulate Special combination of Innospec ingredients used in this skin wash to offer an economical formulation. Pureact MS-CG is formulated with Iselux® SCMI to build viscosity and to boost flash foam speed and reduce the levels of active required for effective performance. This allows for a significant reduction in the amount of active required to save natural resources. This product offers a foam performance and skin feel that is better than 18% active CAPB and Glucoside formulations. The skin wash achieves high viscosity without the need for additional polymeric or natural rheology modifiers. Tips and tricks for usage Massage pea size dose on desired area – face, hands or body – and lather up. You only need a small amount to make lots of bubbles. Appearance: Clear viscous liquid pH: 5.5 – 6.0 Surfactant active: ~8.3% Total Solids: ~11% Viscosity*: 6,000 – 10,000 cPs Stability: Passed at 12 weeks 45°C, 20°C and 5°C and 3 F/T cycles * Brookfield RV #3, 10 rpm, 20°C
