Preparation:
• Add the water to the vessel and begin stirring. • Add the ingredients in order up to the silicones. • Premix the silicones until smooth, and then add to the batch. • Add the rest of the ingredients in order. Once the ViscOptima has been added, a cream will form. • Homogenisation may be required to fully blend in the elastomer gel. • Check the pH and viscosity and adjust accordingly

Appearance: Cream coloured, viscous liquid Viscosity @ 25°C: 20000 – 40000cP (Brookfield RVT, Sp4, 2.5rpm) pH @ 25°C: 5.5 – 6.0
