Preparation:Prepare phase A, using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra-Turrax®) to disperse the Xanthan Gum. Heat to 75-80°C. Prepare phase B and heat to 70-80°C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add phase C, then phase D using a suitable dispersion unit.
Notes:Appearance: White cream Viscosity (10 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, T-C, after 24 hours at room temperature; mPa∙s): 22,000–26,000 pH: 5.5–6.5
