Preparation:
- Warm water to 25-35°C, sprinkle carbomer without agitation. Let polymer completely wet out; gently agitate for 10 minutes. 2. Neutralize with TEA. 3. Mix until completely smooth and clear. 4. Add phase B to A, mix until clear. 5. Add phase C to A/B, mix until homogenous. 6. Premix phase D and heat to 60°C until completely dissolved and clear. 7. Add phase D to A/B/C, mix until homogenous. 8. Add phase E to A/B/C/D.
