Preparation:
- Prepare phase A. 2. Sprinkle Siligel™ into the phase A under high stirring during 5 minutes (rotor stator homogenizer). 3. Heat phase A and D until 75-80°C. 4. Add phase C into phase AB under medium stirring for 20 minutes. 5. Add phase D under high stirring (rotor stator homogenizer) during 3 minutes to emulsify. 6. Cold down the formula under slow stirring until 40°C. 7. Add E under slow stirring. 8. Add ingredients of phase F one by one under slow stirring until the product is homogeneous.

Aspect: Off-white cream Viscosity (Brookfield, LV, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 1min): 20 000 - 30 000 cP pH: 5.5-6.5 Preservative efficacy test: Done Pilot batches 50 kg
