VISCOLAM AT100P makes possible to prepare this hand protection cream using a cold process. Silicon content guarantees an emollient effect and retard of water evaporation from the skin. VISCOLAM AT100P can easily suspend Titanium Dioxide, used as opacifying agent.

Preparation:

premix phase A; dissolve B2 into B1 and then add B3. Homogenise phase B into phase A and then, under homogenisation, add VISCOLAM AT100P. If you want to reduce the translucent appearance of the emulsion add phase D, otherwise add phase E ingredients in the given order. Adjust pH with a Lactic Acid solution.

Appearance : viscous cream pH : approx 5.5 Viscosity (RVT Brookfield, 5 rpm, 25°C): 40000-50000mPas
