Preparation:
Slowly add 10 to 1 and allow to mix. In a separate beaker combine 2, 3, 5, and 6, begin heating both beakers to 70C. When melted, slowly add the oil phase to the water phase, mix well and begin cooling. At or below 45C add remaining ingredients and mix.Disclaimer
