Preparation:
1. Pre-mix glycerine and Keltrol. Add water with stirring. Add Carbopol with stirring. 2. Once dispersed heat to 75-80°C. 3. Combine oil phase ingredients (part A) and heat to 75-80°C. 4. Add oil phase to water phase with stirring. 5. Homogenise for 2 minutes. 6. Cool with stirring to 35°C. Neutralise to pH7 with triethanolamine. 7. Continue cooling with stirring to room temperature.Notes:
