Preparation:
Combine Part A and heat to 75°C- 80°C. In a separate beaker, heat Part B to 75°C-80°C. Add Part B to Part A, increase mixing speed. Switch to side sweep blade after mixing for 15 min. Allow emulsion to cool to 40°C; add Part C ingredients with good mixing. Cool to room temperature; adjust pH to 4.5-5.0 if necessary.Notes:
