Preparation:

1. Heats phase A up to 75-80 C. 2. Mix Eusolex 232 into NAOH solution. Stir to clear solution. 3. Prepare TR-1 and U-20 solution. Add TEA into water phase B. Add Eusolex 232 premix into water phase. Heats phase B up to 75-80 C. 4. Add phase A slowly to B Homogenize for 3 min. 4500rpm 5. Combine DC9041 and DC345 before than add into batch. Add EG into main batch at 60 C and stirring. 6. Add the phase D at 40 C and mix well. 7. Homo for 3 min before discharge out.
