Preparation:
1. In main beaker, weigh Sequence #1. Slowly heat to 40°C and mix until the Dissolvene Na2 has dissolved. Discontinue mixing. 2. Slowly sprinkle Sequence #2 onto the surface of the water and allow to self-wet (15 – 20 minutes). 3. Using low speed propeller mixing, heat combined Sequences #1 and #2 to 80°C. 4. At 80°C, add Sequence #3 ingredients and mix well. Maintain batch temperature at 80°C. 5. In another beaker, combine Sequence #4 ingredients and heat to 80°C and mix until clear. 6. Slowly add Sequence #4 to the batch and mix for 15 minutes or until emulsification is complete. 7. Add Sequence #5 and mix well, increasing mixing speed as necessary. Begin cooling. 8. At 25°C, add Sequence #6 and mix well.Notes:
