Lubrizol Advanced Materials Asia Pacific Limited
Preparation:
1. Weigh PART A (dyes and stabilizers). 2. PART B: Heat water to 60 °C. Add propylene glycol. 3. Then, add PART B to PART A. 4. Add PART C ingredient (neutralizer) to the PART A+B and mix until uniform. It is necessary to alkalize PART A+B before adding it into PART D to solubilize PTD and, also, to avoid the precipitation of Chromapol™* 5 polymer. 5. PART D: Add Chromapol™* 5 polymer to the water at room temperature to a main mixing vessel. 6. Add PART A+B+C to main mixing vessel. Mix until uniform.Notes:
