Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. 2. Add Ecogel™ under medium stirring and keep stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Add B into A and stir strongly 5 minutes 4. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with rotor stator blender for 3 minutes 5. Cool down under medium stirring. 6. Add C and D (ingredients one by one) below 40°C. 7. Adjust the pH if necessary.
