Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A, B and D up to 70-75°C. Add Ecogel™ under medium stirring and keep medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 2. Add B into A under medium stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes. 3. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender for 1 minute. 4. Add C under maximum stirring (5000 rpm) and mix until the product is homogeneous. 5. Add D slowly into ABC under medium stirring. 6. Cool down under medium stirring. 7. Add premix D, ingredients of E, F and G one after the other below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.Notes:
