Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. Keep A under slow stirring for 20 minutes. 2. Add B in A. Keep under slow stirring for 5 minutes. 3. Increase stirring rate up to maximum speed with a rotor stator blender (Silverson: for 2 minutes at 3000 rpm) 4. Add C and homogenize for 1 minute or until the product is smooth and homogeneous. 5. Cool down under strong stirring to introduce the maximum of air. 6. Add D and E. 7. Adjust the pH if necessary.
Notes:Formula Specifications: Aspect: Supple, bright, banana colored emulsion. Viscosity (RHEO ELV8, Spindle 4, 6 rpm, 3 min): 55 000 - 65 000 mPa.s pH: 5.5 - 6.0 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable - foam on the surface due the aeration of the formula. Density: 0.7 - 0.8
