Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 75°C. Keep A under slow stirring for 20 minutes. 2. Heat A up to 85-90°C. Add B into A under slow stirring. 3. Add C to AB under slow stirring at 90°C. 4. Prepare BIOPHILIC™ lamellar gel: a. Heat E up to 70-75°C. b. Add D into E under slow stirring. Mix for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. c. Then increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender for 3 minutes. d. Cool down under slow stirring 5. Add part by part BIOPHILIC™ lamellar gel into ABC under slow stirring at 85-90°C 6. Add F and G under slow stirring 7. Pour in moulds and let cool down.
