Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A up to 70-75°C and B up to 75-80°C. Maintain A for 20 minutes at 70-75°C to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B slowly into A under high stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add C below 40°C. 5. Adjust the pH if necessary.
