Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure:

  1. Heat A up to 70-75°C.
  2. Add B into A under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
  3. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender for 3 minutes.
  4. Cool down under medium stirring.
  5. Add C and D below 40°C. 6. Adjust the pH if necessary.

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Beige fluid gel Viscosity (Rheo ELV 8, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 3 min): 2000 - 5000 mPa.s pH: 5.0 - 5.5 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
