Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 75-80°C. Keep A at 75-80°C under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 2. Add B into A under medium stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify. 3. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with rotor stator blender for 3 minutes. 4. Cool down under medium stirring. 5. Add C below 40°C. 6. Adjust the pH if necessary.
