Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and C up to 70-75°C.
- Keep A under stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add premix B into A and stir until the product is thick and homogeneous.
- Add C into AB and stir strongly until the product is homogeneous.
- Cool down under stirring.
- Add D and E below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
