Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 60°C. 2. Introduce B into A under medium stirring. Mix until the cream is thick and homogeneous. 3. Let cool down under medium stirring. 4. Add C, D (ingredients one by one), E and F below 35°C. 5. Adjust the pH if necessary.

Formula Specifications: Aspect: Salmon supple cream. Viscosity (RHEO ELV8, Spindle 4, 30 rpm, 30 s): 15 000 - 20 000 mPa.s pH: 6.0 - 6.5 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
