Preparation:
Prepare Phase A, using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, IKA Ultra-Turrax®) to disperse the thickener. Heat to 70–75°C. Prepare Phase B separately and heat to 70–75°C. Add Phase B to Phase A using a suitable dispersion unit to homogenize. Cool to 40°C using a water bath under gentle stirring. Add Phase C and homogenize for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool to room temperature while stirring.
