Preparation:

  1. In main kettle, combine Sequence 1 and heat to 70°C with propeller agitation.
  2. In a separate vessel, combine Sequence 2, heat to 70°C. Add to Sequence 1.
  3. Add Sequence 3, dispersing slowly to main vessel with rapid mixing. Mix until a smooth emulsion is formed, scraping sides often.
  4. Start cooling batch to room temperature with mixing.
  5. Add Sequence 4, mix until uniform.
