Preparation:
Procedure Code S19:
- Prepare phases A and B and heat at 80°C;
- Add slowly phase A to phase B and homogenize for a couple of minutes at the same temperature;
- Add Cyclomethicone and cool down slowly;
- Add the ingredients of phase D.
