Preparation:

1) Disperse Ultrez 10 in Di water using overhead prop mixer (main tank). 2) Add Phase B ingredients to the main tank, mix until uniform. 3) Sprinkle in Phase C (Jeesperse® ICE-T BB) to Phase AB, mix well. 4) As viscosity builds, begin to add Phase D. Mix well and homogenize, if necessary. 5) Add Phase E, F, and G to the main tank. Mix well and homogenize, if necessary. 6) Add phase H to color match batch to standard, mix well between each color addition. Homogenize after all ingredients are added. 7) Make final property checks for appearance, viscosity and pH at room temperature.

Appearance: Viscous, yellow emulsion Viscosity: 875,000 cps @0.6rpm with Spindle# 96 (Brookfield LV Machine) with Heliopath-mode. pH: 5.58 Freeze/Thaw: Stable Accelerated/Room Temperature: Pending
