Preparation:1) Disperse Ultrez 10 in Di water using overhead prop mixer (main tank). 2) Add Phase B ingredients to the main tank, mix until uniform. 3) Sprinkle in Phase C (Jeesperse® ICE-T BB) to Phase AB, mix well. 4) As viscosity builds, begin to add Phase D. Mix well and homogenize, if necessary. 5) Add Phase E, F, and G to the main tank. Mix well and homogenize, if necessary. 6) Add phase H to color match batch to standard, mix well between each color addition. Homogenize after all ingredients are added. 7) Make final property checks for appearance, viscosity and pH at room temperature.
