This long-wear, liquid eyeliner features Kobo's Carbon Black dispersion, WBG20CB, to create a deep, intense black color. Daitosol 5000SJ is used to produce a long-wearing film and provide water resistance. TR-1 is a Microsphere used to create build-up.

Preparation:

1. Heat water until almost boiling and add Natrosol® 250 HHR. 2. Allow Part 1 to cool while stirring to form a gel. 3. Add Part 2 to Part 1. Mix at 200 RPM for 10 minutes. 4. Neutralize using Triethanolamine. 5. Add Part 3. Mix at 300 RPM for 10 mintues. 6. Add Part 4 slowly while mixing.
