Preparation:

  1. Weigh out half of the amount of water and add PolaSperse QBE with fast stirring.
  2. Once dispersed, add remaining water while stirring. Neutralise water phase with triethanolamine to pH6.0-6.5.
  3. Add ingredients in Part B, one at a time and mix until homogeneous.
  4. Add ingredients in Part C, mix until homogeneous.

Appearance: White emulsion pH 6.0 Viscosity: 19,900 cPs (DV-II+, spindle 6, 20rpm at 1 min) Stability: Passed 1 month @ 50oC; on-going 3 months @ RT
