Preparation:

1. Weigh out half of the amount of water and add PolaSperse QBE with fast stirring. 2. Once dispersed, add remaining water while stirring. Neutralise water phase with triethanolamine to pH6.0-6.5. 3. Add ingredients in Part B, one at a time and mix until homogeneous. 4. Add ingredients in Part C, mix until homogeneous.
