Preparation:
• Combine ingredients of Phase A, heat mixture to 70C. • Combine ingredients of Phase B, heat mixture to 70C Under high shear mixing, add phase B into Phase A and mix(~3000rpm) un0l completely emulsified. • Add Phase D con0nue to mix un0l thickens Add Phase C • Cool down under moderate agita0on and add Phase E at 35C. • Cool down to 30C. PH Range 6.8 --- 7.8
