Preparation:
- Put Phase A and B into two beakers.
- Heat two beakers to 85?, stir and make all the ingredients dissoloved.
- Put Phase B into Phase A, stir and homogenize.
- Stir and lower the temperature, add Phase C when the temperature of mixed Phase A and B is at 45?, keep stirring and lower the temperature to room temperature.

Appearance: white lotion Viscosity: > 8,000 (cP, Broodfield LVT viscometer, 20.0 rpm, 4# spindle, 25?) pH value: 5.36 (27.5?)
