Preparation:
1. Put the ingredients of Phase A into reaction kettle under low speed stirring, heating. 2. Add Phase B, medium speed stirring and heating to 83-88?, homogenize the system. 3. Add Phase C, stir(400rpm) about 20 minutes during 83-88?, make 38VSL dissoloved well. 4. Add Phase D, stir(400rpm) about 15 minutes during 83-88?, homogenize the system 5. Stir(200rpm) and low the temperature to 45?, add Phase E, then stir uniformly.Notes:
