Preparation:
- Put the ingredients of Phase A into reaction kettle under low speed stirring, heating.
- Add Phase B, medium speed stirring and heating to 83-88?, homogenize the system.
- Add Phase C, stir(400rpm) about 20 minutes during 83-88?, make 38VSL dissoloved well.
- Add Phase D, stir(400rpm) about 15 minutes during 83-88?, homogenize the system
- Stir(200rpm) and low the temperature to 45?, add Phase E, then stir uniformly.

Appearance: white pearlescing liquid Viscosity: > 10,000 (cP, Broodfield, 20.0 rpm, 4# spindle, 20?, 30S) pH value: 8.0±0.1 (10% solution, 20?)
