Preparation:
Trimix – 3 kg): Introduce phase A into the tank and heat at 80°C. Weigh and heat phase B separately in a water bath at 80°C under agitation, then add phase C. Add combined phase BC into the tank (phase A) and emulsify. Cool down until 63°C to obtain a smooth, shiny emulsion. Add phase D and emulsify for 3 minutes more under vacuum. Adjust temperature to 35°C, then blend again for 10 minutes. Cool down in stages when temperature reaches 25°C, measure pH (adjust if different from 5.0-5.5).Notes:
