Preparation:
Disperse the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 1 hour without stirring. Heat Part A to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and mix Part C. Weigh and mix Part D. Combine Part C with Part A with Staro stirring (s=500 rpm). Add Parts B and D to Part A+C with quick Staro stirring (s= 500 rpm). Extemporaneously, add Part E to the former Part with Staro stirring (s=300 rpm); homogenize well. Neutralize with Part F, homogenize well. Add Part H and homogenize well.
