Preparation:Combine all phase A ingredients in a and heat it to 80°C and put it under stirring for 15 minutes. Prepare phase B: put the gel into water. And add glycerin. Slowly cool the phase A to 60°C and Add phase B to phase A. Slowly cool the blend to 30°C and add the phase C.
