Preparation:
- Mix Sequence #1 ingredients at 80?C with medium speed propeller stirring for 30 minutes.
- Mix Sequence #2 ingredients and heat to 80°C.
- Add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 under propeller mixer. Mix for 15 minutes or until the emulsification is completed.
- Start cooling batch down with medium mixing.
- Add Sequence #3 ingredient with mixing and continue cooling.
- Stop mixing when batch reaches 32°C. Package.
