Preparation:

Sprinkle the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 1 hour without stirring. Heat Part A to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and mix Part C. Weigh and mix Part D. Combine Part C with Part A with helix stirring (s=500 rpm). Add Parts B and D to Part A+C with rapid helix stirring (s=500 rpm). Add Part E extemporaneously, homogenize well. Neutralise with Part F with blade stirring (s=300 rpm), homogenize well. Add Part G, homogenize well. Check pH around 6.00, bellow 35°C. Add Part H, homogenize well.
