Preparation:
Heat up phase A to 75°C-80°C. Prepare phase B, let swell Carbopol in water, when homogeneous add the rest of phase B. Heat up phase B to 75°C-80°C. Add phase A into phase B under stirrer, homogenise. Add phase C. Cool down to room temperature under stirrer then add the ingredients of phase D in the given order.
