Preparation:

Part A: disperse the Optasense™ G83 in water without stirring and allow to swell for 30 minutes. Weigh and mix Part B. Pour Part A into Part B and then heat to 75°C in bain-marie. Heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Combine Part D with Part C and homogenize well. When Part A+B has reached 75°C, pour Part C+D with helix stirring (quick speed: 1000 rpm). Add Part E to Part A+B+C+D at around 65°C and homogenize well. Adjust pH to 6.00 with Part F at around 35°C, mix and homogenize well. Weigh Part G and mix it into the emulsion. Homogenize well.
