Preparation:
Weigh Part A and allow swelling for 1 hour. Weigh and mix Part B. Combine Part B with Part A with helix stirring (s=300 rpm), allow swelling for 1 hour. Heat Part A+B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh Part D. Pour Part C into Part A+B with Staro stirring (s=300 rpm). Extemporaneously, pour Part D into Part A+B+C. Neutralize with Part E at around 65°C, homogenize well. At around 35°C, check pH around 5.80. Add Part F and mix well. Add Part G and homogenize well.Disclaimer
