Preparation:
Melt the ingredients listed under phase A at 80°C-85°C and stir until uniform. Heat phase B to 80°C-85°C and add to phase A while stirring. Add phase C after emulsification one after the other at 75°C. Allow the emulsion to cool while stirring under continuous motion. Avoid the incorporation of air. Homogenise with a suitable homogenizer at 60°C-55°C in order to improve both stability and structure. Add phase D one after the other at <50°C. Allow to cool to 30°C while stirring. If necessary, add phase V and stir until uniform.
