Preparation:
- Heat together all phase A materials until molten.
- Pre-mix all phase B pigments until uniform colour.
- Ad phase B to phase and mix until homogenous.
- Add phase C materials and stir until homogenous.
- Pour into lipstick mould, cool and package.
