Preparation:
Add phase A ingredients into main vessel, maintaining a 70°C temperature while mixing under prop agitation. Beeswax should be completely melted before phase B is considered. Once phase A is completely melted and mixed homogenously, Zinc Oxide should be added slowly under agitation with rigorous side sweeping action. Begin cooling at a moderate rate while agitation and side sweep continues. Add the remainder of phase B at 45°C and hot-pour fill into containers at 32°C.Notes:
