UK-based cosmetic ingredients distributor Ascot International has created Yurvani, a joint venture with Indian Ayurvedic health and wellness supplier KN Wellness.
KN Wellness is led by Rahul Parth, an R&D professional who brings over 24 years of experience in formulation development and optimising extraction processes.
“This exciting partnership allows us to combine our expertise and create new and innovative natural ingredient solutions through Yurvani - a new venture leveraging the wisdom of Ayurveda to address common beauty and personal care concerns,” said Ascot International and Yurvani managing director Nitin Sethi.
“Spearheaded by Rahul Parth (KN Wellness) and Moon Jain (Ascot), Yurvani has been five years in the making. I’m thrilled to be a part of this journey,” he added.
While Yurvani has established itself in the beauty and personal care market, the company is developing a line of Ayurvedic ingredients specifically formulated for pet care and animal health products, including shampoos and nutritional supplements.
Additionally, Yurvani has set its sights on the health and wellness market, with plans to create nutricosmetics that cater to the ‘beauty from within’ trend.
Customers can access and sample Yurvani’s ingredient portfolio from Ascot International.
Yurvani is currently seeking distribution support in the United States and Europe.
