IMCD is celebrating ten years of being a distributor, formulator and solutions provider of speciality chemicals and ingredients in the Americas.
Since its first acquisition in Brazil in 2013, IMCD has a presence in 14 countries throughout the Americas region: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, USA and Uruguay.
IMCD employs 1,675 people in those countries that support one regional headquarters, 20 offices , 38 warehouse locations and 19 laboratories.
Some 21 acquisitions have been completed in the region since 2013 to complement the company’s organic growth.
Last year, IMCD realized €1.592 billion in revenue in the Americas.
To mark the ten-year anniversary milestone, the IMCD employees participated in fitness activities in their respective communities.
Some 670 employees across the region registered to walk/run/hike 10 kilometers between October 1-10, 2023 to participate in the IMCD Americas 10th Anniversary 10K Challenge.
