Preparation:

In a suitably rated vessel, premix 1 and 2 until homogeneous and smooth, then set aside for later use. Meanwhile add 3 and 4 to main vessel, commence center-stir (prop) mixing, start heating to 85°C, and add preblended 5 and 6. To a secondary vessel add 7 – 11, start mixing, add 12 and, when dissolved, heat to 85°C, then add 13 – 16 in order. With both phases at 85°C and homogeneous, add oil phase (7 – 16) to water phase (3 – 6) with stirring and stop heating. After mixing for ten minutes, homogenize until batch reaches 55°C, and then resume sweep mixing while cooling. At 50°C or lower, add 17 and when smooth add premix of 1 and 2. When again smooth, add 18, replace any water lost to evaporation, and mix until smooth. When at desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.
