Preparation:

• Mix together the components of Phase A and heat, stirring occasionally until a homogenous lotion is formed. • Add Phase B to Phase A at room temperature and transfer to an overhead mixer fitted with a propeller blade. Mix on approximately 1000rpm for 1-2 minutes until a smooth, shiny cream is formed. • Add Phase C and stir well.
