Preparation:

Add water to vessel with phase A ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil and heat to 75°C with stirring. Add phase B and mix until homogeneous. Begin cooling. Add phase C with mixing. Cool to 40°C with mixing. Add phase D with slow mixing. Compensate for water loss due to heating.
